Tully is known by his peers and clients as "The Happy Pill". He grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, but his heart is all Oregon. Tully's career started 15 years ago after graduating with a hair design certificate. He apprenticed for a year under two master stylists, and acquired certificates from Tony & Guy, and Vidal Sassoon.
If you want a cut - classic or chic - edgy or retro, Tully is your man. He specializes in fashion colors and balayage. What Tully loves most about his job is the relationships he has acquired through his chair. When Tully is not making a person look fabulous, you will find him on the river or cooking a fantastic meal.

Frances has been in the beauty industry since she was 15 years old, working as a receptionist and assistant in a salon and eventually getting her hair design degree. She attended the Paul Mitchell School in San Diego where she was able to study under Robert Cromeans, Angus Mitchell and many more amazing artists. Frances specializes in color and hair extensions but enjoys all aspects of hair design.
When she is not working, you can find her attending her favorite star cycle and mega form class or spending time with her husband and two children.

I’m Ashley Casarez. I’m a full-time mama and part-time stylist at Strand. I’ve been doing hair in Eugene for 9 years! I’m all about giving you an experience when you are in my chair, and we are sure to be fast friends after your appointment. I love enhancing your natural beauty & empowering you to feel your very best. I love doing balayage because it’s so easy for my busy clients to maintain. I also am very experienced with curly hair! Nalua Manaois is a Eugene, OR local. She grew up loving the beauty industry and pursued being an Esthetician right out of high school at Northwest College of Beauty. The art of lashing compliments her love of visual art. She is a certified lash tech through Borboleta. Nalua will work with you to customize your lashes and they will be safe, beautiful and just your style. She is happy to be a part of the Strand Studio family in downtown Eugene.
